Haa Dhaalu Atoll is the second nothern atoll of the Maldives. Haa Alifu and Haa Dhaalu are very much inter-connected. If you are travelling by boat you don’t notice any geographical seperation between these two atolls. The domestic airport is in Hanimaadhoo island and is actually closer to most of the local island in Haa Alifu Atoll than Haa Dhaalu.
